Marketing Manager - FTC

We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years’ experience creating successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels and audiences. You should have experience managing a team, creating strategic plans and be able to report on the success of the campaigns and results you have achieved.

This role is a 12 month fixed term and requires attendance two days a week in the Manchester Office.

Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Be ‘the voice’ of Northcoders online.
  • Play a key role in choosing which tactics best match our strategy and target audiences, translating the annual marketing strategy into day-to-day marketing campaigns.
  • Managing the B2C and B2B marketing executives to deliver the best of their ability as well as supporting them on day to day actions when necessary. 
  • Continue to build a relevant audience across Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Instagram (and any other channels you’d suggest as relevant to generate inbound leads).
  • Develop content strategy across blogs, social media and email for both audiences. 
  • Manage, grow and engage with communities across our channels.
  • Work closely with our onboarding team to ensure a smooth customer journey 
  • Work closely with our partnerships team to make the most of our existing audience and to grow the hiring partners. 
  • Create inspiring, consistent content, and work closely with internal and external content teams.
  • Understand how the content you create is contributing to helping people decide to change their lives, and use data to experiment and improve.
  • Report on both B2B and B2C campaigns including web performance, SEO, email performance and customer journey pipeline. 
  • Understanding how your work is contributing to equality, diversity and inclusion in the tech industry.
  • Keep on top of emerging social media and industry trends and incorporate them as appropriate into our strategy.
