I think we know, generally in the market, there is a skillset challenge. The model at Northcoders enables developers to get really well educated on the latest technologies.
We were tenants in The Sharp Project [alongside Northcoders], and we got to know the team well. We got on really with Chris and Amul, so as were starting to grow our team we reached out to Amul and briefed him on what we were looking to do with the business. He took great time and care attention to understand what were looking for, knew the skills we were looking to hire for, and we really enjoyed the whole the process. Very professional; keeping us well appraised of everything that was going on at each step of the process; and ultimately the candidate selection process became a lot easier.
