But under the hood, we operate in the way you'd expect any tech business to – embracing change and pushing the boundaries, guided by agile software development philosophies. The tech landscape is constantly changing. So while the principles behind our industry-leading coding courses remain the same, we are always evolving and adapting the things we teach.
In this way, we ensure that the tech we build is world-class, and that the people we teach are completely up to date with the latest tech industry practices and requirements.

Ironically, the tech industry isn’t really about tech. It depends on great people to make great things happen.
That’s why, even though we’re at the heart of the TechEd industry, we believe in empathy and humility above all else, and strive to always do the right thing for everyone, even when it isn’t the easiest path to take.
So while we make no bones about the demanding nature of a Northcoders coding bootcamp, we also want you to know that you will be treated as a valued human being every single day.
You will also receive all the support you need in a nurturing and supportive environment, from your fellow Northcoders as well as from your dedicated tutors.

Whether you're learning online or in-person, you'll have the chance to learn about related topics, share your research, practice presenting, work on projects and solve team challenges.
Social Gatherings
We run online and in-person social activities, from show-and-tell events to games or ping-pong evenings to help you make friends for life – COVID-19 permitting, of course.
