WorldPearl allows users to create their own profile, write Pearls to earn points, and make it to the top of the leaderboard. Pearls are poems made entirely from pairs of letters, and can be as short or as long as you like. Other users can vote on your Pearls, which will earn you points, and you can vote and comment on theirs.

We used Django, Python, React, Axios, Git, PostgresSQL, HTML, CSS.

We used Django RESTframeworks with python in order to quickly build restful APIs and a backend that could handle all SQL queries for us. This allowed us to build, test and host a working backend quickly.

React, HMTL and CSS allowed us to created a responsive and styled frontend which had a paramount user experience at the core of development decisions.
