The app is a user based GeoGuessr game where users can take a picture and post it on the game. Other users will see the radius on the map to explore and find the specific picture and guess where the poster was standing when they took it. We originally set out to create an I spy game but as we started brain storming we took inspiration from GeoGuessr and our finished product was Picture This Place.

We used MongoDB Atlas, Mongoose, Express, React Native,, JavaScript.

React native is a popular for mobile apps, Atlas is on the cloud and has useful hosting tools, Mongoose allowed us to set up schemas and ensured our code was sticking to the data format.

Expo go didnt always work as expected, had to reset a lot, using stack navigator and tab navigator together, using new technologies in general
