1. From JavaScript to Python Programming

Previously, we intertwined our Data Engineering bootcamp with our Software Engineering bootcamp and used JavaScript as our primary programming language. We've however embraced a significant change: the course’s entire programming landscape now uses Python. This shift makes the course more consistent and aligns it with the widely acclaimed versatility of Python in data-related tasks.

2. Enhanced Database Understanding

We recognise that having a strong foundation in databases makes a big difference when getting started. As such, we've meticulously revised our introductory data material. It will provide a more rigorous exploration of database structures, ensuring our students grasp the intricacies with depth and clarity.

3. Expanded Cloud Engineering and DevOps Material

Data engineering doesn't exist in isolation. It collaborates seamlessly with cloud and DevOps engineering. In response to this interconnectivity, we've expanded and refined our cloud and DevOps engineering material. The result is a more accessible and relevant integration of these disciplines, enhancing the overall skill set of our data engineering students.

4. Introduction to Key Concepts - Orchestration and BI Tools

Staying at the forefront of industry trends, we've introduced new material covering essential concepts such as orchestration and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
