In September, we celebrated the graduation of our July cohort, marking the beginning of their journey into the tech industry. To ensure that our graduates continue to receive support and guidance even after their time at Northcoders, we've launched the Alumni Graduate Buddy Scheme. This initiative pairs recent graduates with experienced members of our Northcoders Alumni community, forming a bridge between the past and the present.

How It Works

The Alumni Graduate Buddy Scheme is designed to provide graduates with the tools they need to succeed in the competitive tech job market. Here's how it works:

1. Pairing Graduates and Alumni: This graduation, 28 graduates from our July cohort have been paired with 28 experienced members of our Alumni community. Each pairing is carefully curated, with an emphasis on matching the specific needs and goals of the graduate with the relevant expertise of the alumni buddy.

2. Continuous Support: The buddy relationship is intended to be ongoing. Graduates can reach out to their alumni buddies for advice, support, and inspiration as they continue their journey into the tech industry.
