How did you find your time on the bootcamp?

My time at Northcoders was wonderful, made further so by the fabulous tutors and some great people in my cohort. It was a pleasure working through and learning on the course.

What were you doing before the bootcamp and what made you apply?

Prior to Northcoders, I had just come through a period of ill health, and was out of work. So I figured it was the perfect time to take the plunge and have a go at my long held dream of working in web development.

What was the support like on the course?

The support from the tutors and staff at NC was always attentive, constructive and perfectly pitched, based on our stage of learning.

How much support did you receive from Northcoders with your job search after the course?

The recruitment team were great, and helped coach us through interview processes, and pitch us to established hiring partners. I saw a few jobs just perfect for me, and got my preferred role within 6 days of finishing the course. Can’t say better than that.

What advice would you give to anyone thinking about applying?

Just do it. If you’ve got a logical mindset, you can’t fail to enjoy yourself when learning to code, that satisfaction with each little win, is absolutely fabulous.
