Northcoders is the UK's leading coding bootcamp for graduate outcomes.

We help people with little or no technical knowledge or experience, teach them to code, and help them find rewarding work as Software Developers.

Inbound Customer Sales Advisor

About The Job

Along with the rest of the tech industry, we are experiencing strong and consistent growth, and have ambitious plans for the future of Northcoders. Consequently, we are looking for someone to join our exciting and diverse team as a full-time Customer Sales Advisor.

As the industry Northcoders operates in is so dynamic and fast-moving, this role has significant scope for both personal and career development, so it’s critical you have the hunger and ambition to match our own.

We work with a wide range of companies across the North, so this role puts you in an excellent position to network with and learn about the most exciting businesses operating across the region.

What We're Looking For

You will be one of the first points of contact at Northcoders, so we are looking for someone who can match and maintain the reputation we have established. As a result, the successful applicant will have previous experience in a similar role and the following:

> Excellent customer service skills

> Track record building and maintaining customer relationships

> Positive and professional manner

> Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

> Confident with basic IT skills

> A team player with a collaborative approach

> Enjoys attending events and meeting people

Salary - £17,000 - £18,000 per annum, pro rata.

Business Developer

About The Job

We are now hiring a Business Developer to identify and engage with companies in the North of England who will want to hire our outstanding Software Developer graduates. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking for a fulfilling position at a company that is making a real, positive difference.

> Seek out new business opportunities by identifying companies that need to grow their software teams in the North

> Undertake lead generation activity, following up on those leads and organising calls and meetings

> Build, manage and maintain excellent relationships with all clients, students and employees

> Ensure that all sales and client activity is appropriately logged within our CRM

> Attend events and meetups to speak with industry leaders and key decision makers.

What We're Looking For

> An interest in tech

> A background in business development, recruitment or commercial sales

> A confident, approachable person who is happy to speak to potential new clients in person or over the phone

> Hard working, conscientious and take pride in your work

> A high degree of self-motivation and drive

> A strong commercial awareness

> Excellent verbal and written communication skills
