The great thing about Northcoders graduates is they go through that bootcamp process and get used to everything and every eventually, gaining lots of different experience and it really shows when they come to interview.

Knowing Northcoders is an established organisation with a set programme, where graduates have learned together and done group projects, really intrigued us.

All three of our hires have fitted into the team really well and were really well prepared for the job. We don't work with the same languages that Northcoders teach, but they've adapted really quickly.

We've hired 16 Northcoders in the last 12 months... All of them are very diligent, keen to learn, hungry; it's been a pleasure dealing with all of them.
